ATI B3000 is an automatic Brinell hardness tester, extremely easy to use: you just need to choose the correct hardness scale and push the START button. Now the table automatically brings the test piece in contact with indenter and the loading cycle starts automatically. The integrate turret handles the indenter and the optical switching automatically. By simply touching the indentation image, the result immediately appears on the wide graphic display. At this point the tester is again reafdy for a new measurements.

Software

The software makes the measurement automated in each its phase: set the hardness test scales, check the camera properties, set the standard test method, conversion scales, manage the instrument tools and check if the installed instrument is correct and compliant with the selected hardness test method. The lists of results and their images are stored in the archive. The results are automatically transformed into graphs and statistics, in order to facilitate their control. Data can be exported by USB.
