TEST ALL TYPES OF PLASTIC AND RUBBERS

MICRODAKO is equipped with 5 different hardness testing units mounted on a horizontally rotating turret. Each hardness unit is a stand-alone probe to test a specific hardness scale (Shore, IRHD,..). To change the testing method it will be enough to spin the turret and bring the desired probe in front of the operator. The position will be automatically recognized by the computer.
The testing pressure and the indentation move in the same axis (Z) with a test accuracy not achievable by common manual testers. The system avoids any movement of the sample and assures perfect stability of any test piece throughout the test cycle.
The test cycle is quick! The precision of this system allows quick tests with accurate measurements at every test. The turret control is so easy and fast that the change of the testing probes takes only a few seconds.
Long-life indenter! The probes have been realized by AFFRI and the indenters are in Tungsten Carbide to guarantee maximum efficiency over the time.
CUSTOMIZABLE TEST REPORT

The report template is created directly by the Affri team. Templates can be 100% customized according to any need: not only the company logo, but the layout can also be filled with any test information. Time by time, after the test cycle, choose what to export in the final report by flagging or unflagging simple options.
TABULAR AND TXT DATA EXPORT
Print the results directly from the Affri software or export data in txt, CSV, PDF, Word, Excel and tabular format to the spreadsheet program of your choice for further statistical analysis.
Test cycles or sample drawings can be loaded directly from a central system. This hardness tester gets all information fully automatically. After test run the data are added with results and immediately returned to the order management system (MES).
