ATI CUT-350XP is an advanced cutting machine that combines manual and automatic operation, ideal for cutting samples of various shapes, sizes, and materials. Perfect for both production inspection and daily laboratory use. It features a dual Y-axis moving table and an optional X-axis, allowing independent movement of the cutting disc and sample. This enables flexible and precise cuts, even for larger or thin-section samples. The optional X-axis provides parallel movement with an accuracy of less than 0.1 mm. The main motor is frequency-controlled, offering stable speed adjustment between 500 and 3000 RPM. A closed-loop system with an integrated torque sensor and PLC ensures consistent performance under varying loads. The unique “feed-retract-feed” cutting cycle ensures efficient cooling and prevents thermal damage to the sample. ATI CUT-250 is a two-axis (X and Y) machine designed for sectioning materials for metallographic studies. The X and Y axes are movable, ensuring parallel and highly precise cuts. The sample size can be determined by the precise displacement of the sample holder table along the X-axis, adjustable via a handwheel. The cutting wheel feed is controlled by a reducer system, providing slow and constant movement. The cutting wheel, with a 250 mm diameter, features a large cutting radius and is mounted on a spindle equipped with double pairs of anti-vibration bearings, enabling precise cutting and a high-quality surface finish, significantly reducing polishing time. The machine features a double independent clamp structure for secure and double locking, firmly holding the sample in place. ATI CUT-380S is a automatic cutting machine suitable for all materials for metallographic studies. The sample can be cut by the longitudinal movement of the table which has a large cutting radius with a 380 mm diameter disc supported by a mandrel with double pairs of vibration-free bearings for a precise and super-finished cut that shows excellent finishing surface reducing polishing times. Movement via gear box with slow and constant advancement. Adopts independent double clamp structure for secure and double clamping which can fix the sample firmly. The main parts of the machine, vice and cutting table are all made of stainless steel inox to eliminate oxidation and maintenance; with the built-in washing water gun it is easy to clean the work area.
