EASYDUR INTEGRAL is a fully automatic and motorized universal hardness tester including a motorized turret with up to 8 steps (or more at request) for different scales indenters, different objectives lens, laser and milling surface preparation tool. The milling surface preparation, automatic Brinell indenting and measure “all in one” incorporated on a smart rotating turret, managed by a robotized system able to move on any direction XYZR on different frame structure size. The head has a vertical capacity from base to the indenter 500mm/20″. Horizontal capacity from column to the indenter 280mm/11″. EASYDUR EASYPORTAL is an automatic Brinell hardness tester including automatic Brinell milling surface preparation, automatic Brinell indenting and measure “all in one” incorporated on a smart rotating turret, managed by a robotized system able to move on any direction XYZR on different frame structure size. The table (6000 mm long) is fixed and stable and has no weight or sample size limitations. A bridge structure moves on XYR axis to reach multiple test points with high precision. The software programs the turret movements and it’s possible to set an automatic sequence of measuring, milling and Brinell test cycle.

EASYDUR EASYFLAG 3000 is an automatic radial Brinell hardness tester composed of a solid steel structure (not cast iron), including automatic Brinell milling surface preparation, automatic Brinell indenting and measure “all in one” incorporated on a smart rotating turret, managed by a robotized system able to move on R radial direction as well as Z and X directions. The table (1000 mm long and more at request) is fixed and stable and has no weight or sample size limitations. It’s easy to reach multiple test points with high precision. The software programs the turret movements and it’s possible to set an automatic sequence of measuring, milling and Brinell test cycle. Can be controlled remotely by an handy control.
