EASYFLAG 3000 is a special Brinell hardness tester, with built-in milling, designed to overcome the typical problems of radial drills, which are not suited to bear loads higher than 3000 kg together with the force for blocking the parts, nor to resist the vibrations caused by milling.

CONVENTIONAL BRINELL TEST
The standard Brinell test in most forges and steel factories consists in testing of big parts with previous surface preparation to remove rust and scales from the samples. It is common to use a grinding disk to manually polish the surface but this method overcomes some problems like heating of the material, removing material to an unknown depth, production of metal dust, and huge spending of time.
The sample is then carried under the Brinell hardness tester which can de manual or automatic and the indent generated has to be read with a microscope to calculate the result.

Secure contact with the specimen is always maintained, even in the unlikely event of any specimen movement during the operation cycle. The clamping system assures complete stability of any test piece throughout the test cycle, even if it’s oiled, rusty or dirty.
AUTO LEARNING SYSTEM
The Easyflag 3000 is fully motorized and moves automatically in any direction with centesimal precision. It is possible to program specific routes to test multiple samples in automatic succession.
Automatic focus adjustment for each optic with precise positioning at any magnification by mean of real image scanning brightness, at continuous step for infinite accuracy. This system assures high reading standards, reproducible focusing quotes and reduces reading time. Hardness results are not affected by subjectivity.
From perfectly polished to rough & etched samples, the software automatically measure indents on any sample surface. Automatic light regulation on dark, opaque or polished samples. The software controls and adjusts the light and contrast to find the right combination and measure the indent.
Smaller stand support with motorization on the vertical axis of the head. Base plate 2700 x 2000 mm, working test height 1500 mm, depth capacity 1000 mm. (Possibility to motorize all axis).
Easy joystick, buttons control and touchscreen. Large capacity Hard Disk and PC assure infinite performance as well as remote control for easy assistance everywhere. USB and Ethernet outputs. Connect to database networks, PC’s and printers, to download data or for final custom reports.
DATA IMPORT / EXPORT
Universal Hardness tester can enter data via code bar scanning. Test cycles or sample drawings can be loaded directly from a central system by means of a bar code scanner. This hardness tester gets all information fully automatically. After test run the bar code data are added with results and immediately returned to the order management system.
