Metallographic Polisher for Sample Preparation

ATI POL-250 is a metallographic polishing machine suitable for polishing 3 samples simultaneously with automatic cycle. Samples rock from side to side for even sanding and polishing.

You can customize the downward pressure of each individual sample.
The parameters can be set according to needs: speed, sanding time, direction of rotation, closing of the water valve with automatic saving.

You can choose between manual (4 speeds) and automatic (eight sets of automatic modes) modes. The parameters of each mode are set by the user.
The polishing of each step can be set with stepless speed regulation.
The flow of the liquid is automatically regulated: the position of the drop can be regulated according to the rotation of the sample with automatic stop at the end of the cycle.

Touch-screen display with simple parameter setting and intuitive status display. The entire polishing cycle is silent.
