The Rockwell hardness tester Dakomaster 300 is an automatic hardness tester for Rockwell, Superficial Rockwell, Brinell, Vickers, and Shore test methods in compliance with ASTM and ISO hardness standards. This hardness tester is a top-level bench hardness tester with a wide touchscreen allowing easy test planning and a clear view of results.

ONE BUTTON HARDNESS TEST

It does all by itself: the test cycle is fully automated! Just push the start button of the hardness tester to start the measurement and read the result:

  1. contact with the specimen
  2. clamping and activation of the reference surface point
  3. preloading, loading and measurement
  4. release of the sample and return at programmed distance

The entire test cycle is completed automatically and the result immediately appears on the display.

Dakomaster and the Affri System: a high quality combination!

Like all Affri’s hardness testers, this type of hardness testing machine achieve the top level of depth accuracy, reaching the maximum measurement resolution available for Rockwell tests. Thanks to this, measurement of the real indentation is guaranteed without any external interference and in any condition.

AUTO-COMPENSATION OF ALL DEFLECTIONS

When testing unstable samples or deflecting parts, the AFFRI System will follow the sample without losing contact thanks to its infinite stroke for indenter and clamping hood.

Load forces are applied through load cells and controlled in “Closed Loop” with a frequency of 1 khz, assuring perfect linearity in every range. Results are not affected by any structural deflection, misalignment or vibration.
Accurate measurements on the first test, even in extreme conditions, eliminate the need for repeated tests. The R&R data is at the top of its class.

This Rockwell hardness tester has pre-installed software that controls the whole instrument during the entire cycle avoiding operator errors.

ROCKWELL HARDNESS TESTER DAKOMASTER 300

MAIN FEATURES

AUTOMATIC CONTACT

Automatic movement with automatic stop when contact is made with samples. Total of 300 mm of motorized vertical stroke. The approach of the head moving to the piece as opposed to the piece moving to the head allows for more accurate, stable and safe measurements.

COMPACT HEAD

The measuring head of the rockwell hardness tester DAKOMASTER 300 hardness tester is small and compact. It can easily test inside tubes with a diameter of 150 mm and above. The thin clamping hood allows testing in very small areas with high positioning accuracy.

OPEN SPACE

The rockwell hardness tester wide work table base supports masses beyond 2000 kg which allows for steady hardness measurements on bulky or irregular pieces. It also offers a comfortable working base for small pieces.
