Hardness tester Shore conforms to ASTM 2240, ASTM 1414, ISO 7619, ISO 868 standards.
The AFFRI Electronic Shore hardness tester has a slim measuring nose to ensure exact measurement also on small components. It is suitable for Shore hardness test on tires, soft flexible rubber, plastic, PVC, polyester, neoprene, leather, Thiokol, nitrile rubbers, etc.
Operating console with LCD screen. Measure at peak / at time / Continuous, store and number of tests, automatic average, list of stored results, statistic, standard deviation, histogram. Data output for computer or printer connection RS 232 C or USB.

Bench stand support (Art. 13) for extremely precise hardness testing. The force is applied perpendicularly to the sample surface with high stability at any dwell time.
The constant pressure from the top assures a very accurate measurement. Very easy mounting of the probe on the stand support, just screw-unscrew. Supplementary weight for Shore C-D-DO are available.

MICRO PROBE
When testing inside rings or gaskets it is necessary to use a specific probe to allow internal surface testing. For this measurements we designed the Micro probe Shore A for easy inside tests. Min 45 mm Ø.
O-RINGS ASTM 1414
Set of clamping holders for very precise hardness testing on O-Rings in compliance with ASTM 1414. Sections Ø 1 – 1.79 – 2.62 – 3.53 – 5.33 – 6.99 mm, other on request.
