AFFRI MRS BOTTLE is an automatic Brinell and Rockwell hardness tester including vertical stroke and automatic hardness test cycle, automatic clamping system to block the sample from any distances. It recognizes the test point from any distance and performs the automatic Brinell hardness test cycle in compliance with ASTM E10, E103 and ISO 6506 standards. The Brinell loads are controlled by load cells in Closed-Loop (original AFFRI System). The dwell time is programmable at different ratio slow or fast. It’s possible to include a milling surface preparation tool (0,01mm depth accuracy) and roughness programmable by PLC. LCD touch screen. Large disk for data storage. Remote control via internet for service, additional operator training, quick diagnosis and software updates.
